I just wanted to send a note of thanks for helping me sell my Robbinsdale house in a relatively painless manner. (It would have been completely painless if I would just learn to not fret about everything!).  Other letters I read from satisfied clients of Estate Realty emphasized your experience and knowledge as a real estate agent. When I thought I should do a couple thousand dollars of repairs before putting it on the market for a price $10,000 less than what you suggested you said “Let's just list it 'as is' for this price and see what happens. When my aunt died on Christmas Day, the tasks surrounding the settling of her estate loomed large. Among the presenting challenges was the sale of her beloved South Minneapolis home of some forty years. Although I had acted as a personal representative in the past, that role did not involve the sale of real estate. One can say that 2014 did not start out as I planned. In February, my aunt passed away from cancer that she had told no one about. Her husband had passed away 23 years ago and she has only 1 living brother; my dad. He has ahlzheimer's and I am his power of attorney; so I was appointed personal representative of his estate. In November of this year, our family needed to list a 50's style rambler in the west metro. This involved finding a Realtor who could evaluate the property, evaluate the late fall market, AND respect the emotions involved in closing out a part of the family history.
